Escape Room in Physics: Concept and Establishment of Rooms

To build up the escape room in physics, we have used and implemented a subdivided concept of two rooms. Here, we present an overview of our two establishments of rooms: The first room is furnished by mirrors and reflecting elements dominating the visitors by a sterile and modern atmosphere. The room feeling is supported by furniture laminated with mirror / metal foil and parabolic reflectors. Two seat bags breaking up the rigid academic atmosphere and leading to mental relaxation. The second room is arranged with old wood furniture remembering on the style of the last century carrying a warm atmosphere inviting the guests and players, respectively. Fine details, books and puzzles made by wood supporting curiosity and snugness. The second room is named Schrödiger's workroom.
