There are many different ways for categorizing the many diseases of poultry. For the
individuals convenience, each disease included here is classified by causative factor or is
based upon the type of symptoms produced or can be found in the alphabetized list of
diseases.
The diseases included here are only the more commonly encountered diseases of poultry,
game birds and waterfowl. The discussion of each disease includes a summary of causative
agents, symptoms, lesions and treatments.
